I think it's impossible to speak 100% like native speaker, but we can be close.
If we don't live aboard, It's quite hard for everyday practicing.
Sometimes, Thai people don't even understand what you're talking about and try to ignore that, some people told you to stop using English towards them, because they don't understand.
It's hard to be among those kind of people who has lower English level than you, they considered whoever try to speak English routinely is a wanna-be or sophisticated.
So, I think practicing from surrounded circumstance together with finding some native speaker friend/tutor/lover help a lot.
